The production of multi-layer cardboard involves a series of processes that transform raw materials into durable and high-quality packaging solutions. This particular 4-ply cardboard production line is designed to produce cardboard suitable for luxury packaging such as for tobacco, alcohol, and high-end gift boxes, as well as industrial composite boards. Our multi-layer cardboard production line can handle widths ranging from 1200 to 3000 mm, accommodating a variety of production needs.

The 4 ply cardboard production line includes various components such as a paper roll stand for securely holding large rolls of paper, an overhead bridge for smooth transport, an edge alignment machine to maintain precise alignment, a pre-heater to prepare the paper, a glue application machine for even adhesive application, a compression unit to press the layers together, a drying section to set the glue, a cooling section to stabilize the structure, a slitting machine for cutting widths, a cross-cutting machine for cutting lengths, and a stacking unit for easy handling and transport.
