In the corrugated cardboard production line, the double facer is necessary for securely bonding the single-faced corrugated board to the outer liner paper. This process involves gluing, heating, and drying the layers to create strong, high-quality multi-layer boards suitable for various packaging applications. Positioned after the glue machine, the double facer ensures the final product is both durable and stable.

Features
- The heating plates are ground for a smooth finish and can be optionally chrome-plated, ensuring even heat distribution and efficient bonding
- The upper conveyor belt uses pneumatic tensioning with automatic tracking to maintain proper alignment, while the lower conveyor belt can be adjusted manually or equipped with an optional automatic tracking system
