The pre-heater is an essential part of the corrugator line, specifically designed to precondition the liners and corrugated medium. Positioned between the paper roll stand and the single facer, the pre-heater ensures that the paper achieves the correct moisture content and flexibility for optimal bonding during the corrugation process. This step is important for producing high-quality corrugated cardboard, as it prepares the paper for smooth and efficient corrugation.

Features
- The pre heater adjusts the wrap angle of the paper electrically, allowing the heating surface to be set within a 60°-270° range, ensuring even heat distribution
- The preheating rollers are available with either a dished head or flat head design, which guarantees uniform heating of the paper
- Each roller surface is chrome-plated, ground, and polished for durability and a smooth finish, enhancing the quality of the heating process
- Available in both fixed and rotating designs. The rotating type features a brake device, which allows for easy adjustment of paper tension, providing greater control and efficiency during operation
