Features
- The edge protector production line includes eight sets of V-shaped forming wheels, eight sets of U-shaped forming wheels, and eight sets of flat-board forming wheels. The forming wheels rotate coaxially and feature pneumatic pressure adjustment.
- A frequency inverter, servo motor, touchscreen, PLC, and human–machine interface provide centralized production control and straightforward operation.
- Production specifications can be entered through the touchscreen in batches. The control system monitors production quantities and stops the edge protector line automatically when the preset quantity is reached.
- Automatic alarms and fault prompts help operators identify operating issues and simplify maintenance.
- An optional punching and creasing unit can process V-shaped edge protectors from 30 to 80 mm wide. Available tooling includes 90° punching, 90° buckle punching, and 5–90° wraparound punching.
- The edge protector line adopts a thickened, reinforced channel-steel frame, heat-treated forming wheels, and a 10 mm-thick integrated worktable. Key components are chrome-plated, while the servo flying shear supports stable cutting, consistent accuracy, and extended service life.
