Crankshaft Drive System
The main drive combines a worm wheel and worm gear with a specially designed crankshaft linkage supported by bearing bushes. This structure reduces transmission clearance, minimizes impact on the worm-drive components, and supports stable operation. It also provides high die-cutting pressure and maintains consistent force at the maximum-pressure position. The worm wheel is cast from tin bronze for reduced wear and extended service life.

Electrical Control System
Computerized controls coordinate sheet feeding, conveying, die cutting, and delivery while monitoring machine operation in real time. The human–machine interface displays the operating status, fault location, and recommended corrective action. Multiple safety devices provide audible and visual alarms and automatically stop the machine when an abnormal condition is detected.

Die-Cutting Section
The die-cutting drive is designed to provide strong, consistent pressure and reliable operation over extended production periods. Fitted with a central positioning system and plate-turning structure to simplify setup and operation. Registration pins position the plate accurately, while the lower steel plate is pneumatically controlled for convenient installation and removal.
