Widely used in industries such as printing, packaging, and shoemaking, the automatic rotary die cutting machine is a post printing machine designed for the high-precision cutting of materials like paper, plastic films, rubber, and leather. • Die-cutting phase is adjusted electrically under computer control through a full 360°.
• Lateral adjustment of the die-cutting unit is controlled electrically by computer, with an adjustment range of −5 to +5 mm.
• A servo tracking system synchronizes the rubber cushion roller with the die-cutting cylinder. After the repaired cushion diameter is entered into the control system, the servo system calculates the required compensation automatically and follows the machine speed to maintain consistent surface speeds between the cutting line and cushion roller. This helps preserve die-cutting accuracy as the cushion diameter changes and protects the die plate from unnecessary wear.
• The upper and lower die-cutting rollers use different diameters. The servo system automatically shifts the contact position between the cutting die and rubber cushion during each rotation, distributing wear across the cushion surface and extending its service life. Repaired cushions can also be reused to reduce replacement costs.
• The rubber cushion roller includes a mechanical cam-driven lateral movement system with an adjustment range of −35 to +35 mm, helping distribute wear more evenly across the cushion and prolonging service life.
• The rear-kick vacuum feeding mechanism is manufactured from lightweight aluminum alloy and supported by multiple sets of rolling bearings for stable operation. The left, right, and rear guide positions are adjusted electrically through the computer control system, while the side guide includes a pneumatic alignment device.
• Continuous and skip feeding modes are available; the automatic rotary die cutter also includes an infrared photoelectric counter and a brush-type dust-removal system.
• Equipped with an imported control system, Siemens low-voltage electrical components, and variable-frequency control for the main drive, helping reduce power consumption by approximately 30%.
