Features
- The high-level feeding table, automatic bottom-sheet feeder, and flexible front registration system provide straightforward and reliable operation.
- The semi-automatic flute laminator only needed one operator for manual top-sheet feeding; feeding is done from the high-level table, which supports a stack height of up to 1.8 m.
- The laminator accommodates a wide range of sheet materials and is suitable for laminating paperboard or film-laminated sheets to A, B, C, D, or E flute corrugated board.
- Bottom sheets are fed automatically, while the top and bottom sheet stacks can be loaded independently for efficient production.
- The flexible front registration system provides accurate sheet positioning and prevents the bottom sheet from extending beyond the top sheet. The top and bottom sheets can be aligned flush, or the top sheet can be set to extend beyond the bottom sheet as required.
- Fitted with the automatic glue supply and recovery system that continuously supplies adhesive during lamination and recycles excess glue to reduce waste.
- The metering roller is designed with a controlled linear speed to help prevent glue splashing during high-speed operation.
- Equipped with a PLC control system for precise and stable bottom-sheet feeding. Compared with conventional time-delay or intermediate-relay controls, it supports faster operation and automatically displays faults and activates an alarm when an electrical issue occurs.
- A scraper blade and circulating-water system clean the lower roller in the gluing section thoroughly; the blade is also designed for convenient replacement.
- The floating, movable pressing section helps produce smooth laminated sheets and can be moved forward or backward for easier sheet handling.
- A rack-and-pinion mechanism raises and lowers the water tray, allowing it to be removed easily for cleaning.
