Semi-Automatic Flexo Printer Slotter Die Cutter with Chain Feeder
Corrugated cardboard converting machine combining feeding, printing, slotting and die-cutting
This semi-automatic flexo printer slotter die cutter uses a chain-driven push-feed system to deliver corrugated board into the machine. Each printing unit opens and closes through motorized movement and is secured by pneumatic locking, while overload protection helps safeguard the equipment during operation. The upper feed shaft is fitted with knurled feeding wheels, and the lower shaft uses a hard-chrome-plated knurled steel roller to provide smooth board feeding without damaging the corrugated flutes.
An optional hook-slot plate-hanging system simplifies printing plate installation and removal. In addition, the forward and reverse rotation of the printing cylinder can be controlled independently by a foot pedal, making plate changes more convenient. The printing phase can be adjusted electrically and digitally through 360° without stopping; operators enter the required correction value, and the system completes the adjustment automatically.

Ink Circulation System
- The anilox roller is available in 220-line steel or 220-line composite options.
- The rubber roller is made of natural rubber and is resistant to oil, acids, and alkalis.
- Fitted with a pneumatic diaphragm pump to ensure automatic ink circulation, with water-assisted cleaning available after production.
- When board feeding is temporarily stopped, the ink circulation system continues running for a short period to prevent ink drying on the rollers, reduce cleaning frequency, and maintain stable print color.
- The anilox and rubber rollers are pneumatically lifted and lowered for quick response, supporting fine text, detailed patterns, and multi-color printing with clear and consistent results.

Slotting Unit (Optional)
- Slotting phase can be adjusted electrically over 360°.
- Carton height is adjusted manually, with all four slotting knives moving synchronously.
- The unit supports carton length and width adjustment, easy installation and removal of knife holders, upper and lower creasing, kick-out knives, and creasing shafts. Scale pointers can be adjusted manually or synchronously to reduce setup time. This function is available on the SYK4260 and SYK4860 models.
