    • Folding and Gluing Unit
      The constant-temperature gluing system features a large, mesh-patterned glue wheel with motorized position adjustment
      A high-rigidity folding beam maintains folding accuracy and stable operation at high production speeds
      The folding beam is securely mounted to the floor and moves along linear guideways for smooth, precise adjustment
      Spring-loaded transfer wheels are equipped with a motorized pneumatic gap-adjustment system to ensure smooth and reliable carton transfer
      Final folding correction wheels help eliminate fishtailing, with the wheel gap controlled electrically
      Motor-driven folding belts correct folding deviations and improve carton alignment
    • Tensioning Unit
      CNC-linked controls allow fast and convenient adjustment
      Flexible guide wheels and clamped upper and lower belts maintain stable carton transfer
      Multiple waste-removal devices, including air knives, brushes, and electric roller brushes, provide effective removal of paper scraps and dust
      An adjustable constant-temperature gluing system maintains a stable glue temperature to support consistent bonding performance
      The mesh-pattern gluing wheel system provides stable glue application; both the glue volume and gluing position can be adjusted electrically
    • Counter Ejector Unit
      High-speed down counting and stacking prevent marking or smearing of printed cartons
      Side squaring and a pneumatic pushing plate keep carton stacks neat and aligned
      Multiple servo drivers for rapid and accurate stacking and counting
      The motorized control allows the counter ejector unit to be moved laterally
    • Strapping Unit
      Supports automatic strapping after automatic stitching
      Automated operation reduces dependence on manual labor and simplifies the packaging process
      The compact process requires no manual intervention during normal operation
      Cartons are strapped firmly to minimize rebound and reduce damage to glued joints and carton edges
      The automatic strapping unit reduces labor requirements by approximately 2–4 operators compared with conventional strapping equipment and by 10–20 operators compared with manual strapping
      Suitable for export packaging and for cartons used for beverages, beer, instant noodles, ceramic tiles, and other products requiring secure packaging
